Poste : Rattaché au Business Unit Manager, vous serez en charge de la gestion des équipes commerciales de notre client déployées via des CSOs (Contract Sales Organisations) dans les marchés stratégiques. Votre mission principale : Maximiser la performance des produits en créant les conditions idéales pour que chaque équipe, dans chaque région, élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des plans d'action stratégiques ambitieux et impactants. Vos missions clés :
* Élaborer, avec le Business Unit Manager, des stratégies de vente adaptées aux spécificités pays et au potentiel de chaque marché, en coordination avec les équipes internes (marketing, médical, market access, business excellence),
* Développer les ventes dans les pays assignés en sélectionnant, coordonnant et animant les CSOs,
* Suivre les performances commerciales, ajuster les objectifs et garantir leur atteinte,
* Veiller à la conformité des pratiques commerciales (compliance, charte VM, pharmacovigilance),
* Représenter notre client lors d'événements nationaux (congrès, séminaires) et être ambassadeur de la marque auprès des Médecins et partenaires.
Salaire sur 13 mois, RTT, primes sur objectifs.
Profil : Nous recherchons un candidat avec une formation scientifique passionné par la dimension commerciale et/ou marketing. Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience sur la coordination de force de vente ou en tant que Chef de produit marketing idéalement au sein d'un laboratoire pharmaceutique.
Vous êtes doté de solides compétences en analyse, résolution de problèmes et prise de décision, avec une grande capacité d'adaptation et un excellent sens relationnel pour collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs. Vous faites preuve de leadership, d'éthique, de créativité, d'autonomie et d'organisation, tout en étant à l'aise en communication publique. La maîtrise de l'anglais courant est indispensable.
