RoleAs a Data Science & AI Research Intern at HrFlow.ai, you’ll contribute to the next generation of AI models powering HR products used globally. You’ll work closely with senior researchers and engineers to design, prototype, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models on real-world HR data (CVs, job offers, interactions, etc.).This internship is ideal for students who love applied research, ML engineering, and want to see their work quickly deployed in production.️ Internship Periods (France)We currently have three recruitment periods in progress: January, April, and June. What you will be doingDesigning, implementing, and optimizing AI models and algorithms that solve complex HR challengesAnalyzing and evaluating the performance of AI models and algorithmsCollaborating with other researchers and engineers to improve the overall performance and accuracy of our AI solutionsStaying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI research and technologyCommunicating and presenting research findings to internal and external stakeholders RequirementsEnrolled in an advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.Proficiency in developing and implementing AI models and algorithms.Strong programming skills in Python.Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.Solid grasp of machine learning fundamentals and statistical analysis.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.Effective communication and collaboration skills.
