Urgo Medical est la division de cicatrisation du Groupe Urgo. L’offre :
L’équipe Global Controlling est le partenaire business clé d’Urgo Medical. La mission de l’équipe est de fournir des insights quantitatifs pour éclairer les décisions stratégiques, permettre aux équipes d’optimiser l’allocation de leurs ressources et la gestion de leurs coûts.
Rattaché au Directeur Financier, vos missions en tant que Global Controlling data manager incluront :
- Construire et maintenir le dataset global : Jouez un rôle clé dans la création et la gestion d’une base de données complète et multidimensionnelle (Ventes, KPIs, rapports de centres de coûts), qui est la pierre angulaire de la stratégie commerciale d’Urgo Medical. Vous aurez l’opportunité de façonner la façon dont les données transforment les prises de décisions.
- Assurer la cohérence et la fiabilité des données : Soyez le garant de l’intégrité des données à travers l’entreprise, en vous assurant que les informations sont non seulement précises, mais également uniformément interprétées et utilisées à l’échelle mondiale.
- Visualisation des données pour une vision commune : Développez et maximisez des tableaux de bord financiers intuitifs et percutants qui facilitent une prise de décision éclairée au sein des différentes filiales, renforçant ainsi la stratégie et la performance globales d’Urgo Medical.
- Suivi technique des modifications de la base de données : Assurez-vous que les mises à jour et les modifications des bases de données sont effectuées de manière fluide et efficace, en maintenant l’outil.
- Animer la gouvernance des données financières et des KPIs opérationnels : Agissez comme un lien vital entre les producteurs de données, les utilisateurs, et les experts techniques, en favorisant la collaboration et l’innovation dans la gestion des données financières et des KPIs.
- Suivi et analyse des KPIs : Prenez l’initiative de suivre les performances et de challenger constructivement les filiales avec des analyses approfondies des écarts par rapport aux budgets et aux performances de l’année précédente.
- Maximisation de la valeur des données dans les filiales : Soyez un partenaire stratégique pour les filiales, en les aidant à exploiter pleinement le potentiel des données pour améliorer continuellement leurs processus et leurs tableaux de bord.
- Accompagnement dans l’utilisation des tableaux de bord PowerBI : Offrez un soutien expert et une formation pour permettre aux équipes de maîtriser pleinement l’utilisation des tableaux de bord PowerBI, renforçant ainsi l’autonomie et l’efficacité dans toute l’organisation.
- Référent BI pour le déploiement de SAP S4-Hana : Prenez un rôle de leader dans le prochain grand projet de déploiement de SAP S4-Hana, en guidant Urgo Medical à travers cette transformation majeure et en positionnant la BI au cœur de notre stratégie d’entreprise.
Profil du candidat :
Vous êtes diplômé d’une grande école de commerce ou d’ingénieur et justifiez d’une première expérience significative en contrôle de gestion et/ou en analyse et modélisation de données.
Vous êtes passionné par les outils de Business Intelligence et avez une bonne connaissance de PowerBI (ou éventuellement d’un autre outil de BI).
Vous ne vous satisfaites pas de l’existant et cherchez continuellement à améliorer les process et outils en place de manière proactive. Vous êtes analytique avec une appétence business. Vous êtes orienté solutions & client et avez une attitude positive.
Rigueur, précision, dynamisme, bon relationnel et esprit d’équipe seront les garants de votre réussite.
Vous possédez une bonne maitrise des systèmes d’information, idéalement SAP.
Vous parlez couramment anglais.
