Head of Institutional Sales Europe - Onsite | Strasbourg - Space Tech⚙️A leading European space software scale-up is looking for a Head of Institutional Sales to drive growth across the enterprise and government space ecosystem. This is a pivotal, client-facing role with end-to-end responsibility for identifying opportunities, leading complex bid processes, and closing strategic deals with European space agencies, defence organisations, and primes.You’ll be joining an ambitious, multi-national team building mission-critical software for the next generation of space operations, from EO satellites to in-orbit servicing platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic sales efforts across European institutional and enterprise accountsBuild bid consortia and lead complex, multi-stakeholder RFP responsesDevelop a full market map of key programmes, decision-makers, and procurement flowsAct as the interface between technical teams, external partners, and internal stakeholdersMaintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecastingRepresent the company at industry events and customer meetings across EuropeKey Requirements5+ years of commercial experience in the European space sector (enterprise or government)Strong track record in winning competitive bids and managing large-scale sales cyclesEngineering background (Bachelor’s in relevant technical field preferred)Start-up or scale-up experienceExcellent relationship-building and communication skills (written and verbal)Strategic thinker with operational drive – hands-on, sharp, and detail-orientedFluent in English (French language skills a bonus)Willing to be based in Strasbourg (relocation supported)This is a standout opportunity to lead enterprise and institutional sales in one of Europe’s most promising space tech companies.
