Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to recruit a Product Strategy Analyst to join its AI Workflow Accelerator, a strategic initiative focused on building agentic AI products that transform how field teams operate across the business.This role supports the development of an AI driven concierge style product for field force teams, including sales, medical, and market access. The product focuses on enabling smarter preparation, more effective interactions, and streamlined post visit reporting through AI enabled workflows and specialist agents.This is not a traditional analyst role. It is a hands on product strategy position designed for someone who wants to grow into full product ownership over time, while working at the core of an ambitious and highly visible AI product line.About the roleAs Product Strategy Analyst, you will work closely with the Product Owner and delivery teams to help shape product strategy, define business processes, and configure AI workflows in the system.You will be deeply involved in understanding how field teams operate, mapping complex processes, and translating them into structured, AI enabled workflows. This role is intentionally hands on and close to execution, with a strong expectation that you engage directly with the product, not just documentation or analysis.The exposure to senior stakeholders is high, and the environment is fast moving, opinionated, and evolving. This role requires curiosity, structure, and comfort working in ambiguity.Key responsibilitiesSupport the Product Owner in defining and communicating product strategy and roadmapAnalyse and map complex business processes for field force workflowsConfigure and support AI driven workflows and agent based processesWork closely with delivery teams on a day to day basis to drive incremental valueHelp structure input from stakeholders through workshops and working sessionsTranslate business needs into clear product and process requirementsContribute to continuous improvement of AI enabled workflowsBring ideas and perspective on how AI can reshape existing ways of workingAbout youThis role is suited to someone earlier in their product journey, but already comfortable working with complexity and technology.You may come from a background in consulting, business analysis, data analysis, or an early stage product role, and are motivated to grow toward full product ownership over time.Experience and backgroundExperience as a business analyst, consultant, data analyst, or junior product managerHands on exposure to complex digital solutions or transformation initiativesExperience in process design, process mapping, or workflow optimisationCuriosity and exposure to AI enabled tools, AI workflows, or LLM based systemsComfort working closely with technology teams and digital platformsExperience in large or complex organisations is a plusSkills and capabilitiesStrong analytical and problem structuring skillsAbility to translate complexity into clear and actionable inputsStrong communication and facilitation skillsComfort working in agile delivery environmentsCuriosity, learning mindset, and willingness to get hands onResilience and adaptability in fast moving and ambiguous contextsWorking environmentBased in ParisHybrid working model, three days on site, two days remoteEnglish is mandatoryNo regular travel requirement
