Natixis IMI aims to further develop its presence in France and internationally, drawing on the expertise of its teams and Natixis IM’s multi-affiliate model. - 1_ _Assets under management (“AUM”) as of December 30, 2022._ You join the strategy and sales management team as a Senior Strategy Analyst. You play a key role within the Natixis Investment Managers' international distribution platform team, bringing your expertise in various areas including strategy and planning, business performance tracking, leadership, innovation and market research. On a daily basis, your mission is to: - Support the team in its strategic planning and sales management activities; - Assist in the development of strategic plans for entering new markets and monitor the performance of the organization by evaluating the investment performance of our affiliates, the activity of our sales teams, as well as progress towards strategic initiatives through dedicated reports such as weekly, monthly dashboards and sales analytics; - Assist in the creation of market intelligence reports and analyses. - Investigate, analyze and report on industry trends in areas such as ESG and evaluate the group’s performance in key areas compared to competitors; Coordinate development of new tools (Tableau, CRM, Anaplan, etc.) while being responsible for improving the team’s use of data and different sources of information, as well as identifying ways to improve that use. As a Senior Strategy Analyst, you will support management in monitoring and communicating the implementation of our strategy by preparing regular and ad hoc reports. You will also be involved in working with other teams across the organization, such as Product and Marketing, to identify ways to improve data and reporting usage to optimize strategic alignment. You will also continuously develop your understanding of the organization and the sector through activities such as networking, reading research and following market developments. You are proficient: - The Microsoft Office package; - Problem solving through your analytical mind; - Working with different sources of information to extract actionable insights; - Strategy management and sales monitoring; - Data processing and strong skills in Excel, allowing you to be comfortable with them. You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are: - Rigorous and curious; - Organized and good time management skills; - Recognized for your communication skills and analytical skills. You master English with a C1 level, the mastery of another language is a plus.
