Exciting Opportunity at Redslim: HR Apprentice Wanted
Are you a passionate and motivated individual eager to kick-start your career in Human Resources? Look no further – Redslim is seeking a dynamic HR Apprentice to join our team end of August 2024 and work closely with our Director of Human Resources
What You Will Do:
- HR Projects: Dive into talent development, performance management, and HR policies.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback.
- HR Administration: Manage records, assist in organizing HR files, and support administrative tasks.
- Compensation & Benefits: Analyze compensation, collaborate on salary management, and assist in benefits administration.
- Employee Engagement: Organize engaging activities, team-building events, and contribute ideas to enhance our work culture.
Your Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous exposure to HR functions (preferred, but not required).
Your Skills:
- Strong interest in HR.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
