The role is tailored for technically adept individuals with an in-depth understanding of financial products. The ideal candidate will excel in navigating the fast-paced and complex environment of front office support, combining technical skills with extensive financial knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical support for front office market access applications.Rapidly diagnose and rectify issues impacting the production environment.Collaborate with IT and business units to improve application performance and reliability.Participate in the development and implementation of new system requirements.Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.Continuously monitor and optimize system performance.Document technical issues and maintain a comprehensive log for future reference.Educational and Professional Requirements Degree in finance, computer science, or a related field.Proven experience in production support within a front office environment, ideally with exposure to market access.Strong technical skills and a profound understanding of financial products and the financial market landscape.Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving intricate technical issues.Knowledgeable in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and database management.Knowledge of Unix/Linux systemsHighly analytical with the ability to perform under pressure.Superior communication skills, with an aptitude for collaborating effectively with both IT and business teams.Fluency in English is mandatory.
