Notre client, une prestigieuse banque avec une activité de gestion de fortune et d’Asset Management, recherche un Data Steward & Data Governance Lead F/H dans un contexte de structuration et d’organisation de la data à destination des fonctions RH.


Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines composée de 13 personnes, vous définissez quantitativement et qualitativement les indicateurs clés nécessaires au pilotage de l’activité et réalisez les reporting demandés par le groupe.


Vos missions principales sont :

  • Gérer la qualité et la diffusion de la culture data dans tous les métiers (RH, finance, etc),
  • Coordonner la mise en application des processus, politiques et initiatives liées au traitement des données et à la gestion des flux,
  • Garantir la sécurité et la qualité des données traitées et des process,
  • Alerter de toutes dérives sur les process data et résultats de KPIs,
  • Proposer des analyses qualitatives et être capable d’en vulgariser les résultats pour aider à la prise de décision,
  • Elaborer et analyser les rapports légaux (Index Egalité Hommes/Femmes, BDES, RGPD)

De formation supérieure (École d'ingénieur, Master 2), vous possédez idéalement une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans la gestion de projets ou le conseil en management des systèmes d’information, de la qualité ou du numérique.

Vous avez une appétence forte pour développer des sujets nouveaux et variés ou structurer l’existant.

Vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités organisationnelles et méthodologiques et faites preuve de créativité.
