We are currently looking for an HR Administrator Intern to join our office in Paris as soon as possible.
**Your role**:
Assist the administration process to ensure accuracy in payroll
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process of the new employees
Help in the development of the France offices (implementation of processes, policies, benefits)
Help in the follow-up of the legal requirements
Process employment verifications and maintain employee files (online and physical)
Provide support with document preparation and distribution
Maintenance and update of the different HR databases
Provide support to the HR Officer with different administrative tasks
Analysis and report of employee data
Assist the Head of Compensation & Benefits in other duties/projects
Participate proactively in other HR initiatives and provide new ideas and improvements for ongoing projects
