Founded in 2012, EZVIZ has grown rapidly since then and now markets its products in more than 80 countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, US and Latam.Team Overview And Job ResponsibilitiesAs an intern, your role will be to manage incoming Business to Business customer orders for our European Partners, run reports and help with the efficiency controls by analyzing the correctness of existing documents within our Business Operations department. The sales administrator will play an important part in our Customer Fulfillment team. This position is well suited for someone who is looking to start his or her career in international order management.Job descriptions1. Assist regional sales in managing orders, queries, and claims from entry to delivery, respecting Service Level Agreements.2. Ensure entry, review, and unlocking of overseas orders, coordinating with sales and operations for smooth order flow.3. Support the regional planner by collecting, validating, and pre-analyzing data from various stakeholders.4. Communicate business requirements with all stakeholders for efficient order processing and delivery.5. Report weekly/monthly on key performance indicators.6. Develop and standardize dashboards for business areas and new projects.7. Manage and organize office samples for proper inventory and accessibility.8. Coordinate with finance, R&D, supply chain, customs, logistics, and other departments for timely and accurate order delivery.QualificationsSelf-organized and analytical skills.Strong communication and multitasking skills.Proficient in MS Office (specifically good excel skills).Fluent in English and French.
