**Job File " Development of a content management system”** **Internship or apprenticeship** FVS Entertainment is a global content provider for in-flight entertainment platforms. We offer the most complete range of services, from content to technical, logístical and maintenance services for in-flight entertainment systems, to provide a unique passenger experience. To ensure the delivery of quality content and to comply with the Studios' (content provider) approvals, the technical management of the content is an essential step. It is a matter of providing rigorous and reliable information, while respecting strict deadlines, on the various files and tools that allow the proper distribution of content on board, with all the necessary information (metadata, title, duration, synopsis, casting, languages, distribution period, etc.). To overcome this tedious and time-consuming step, FVS has launched a digital process to facilitate the daily management of programming cycles and thus improve the monthly process of putting content on board. The incumbent will be supervised by the Accounts Managers and will work with the Vice President of Business Development. Missions and tasks: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account, sales, and marketing manager, to gather requirements for any future adaptations - Documenting processes and procedures and creating the relevant flowcharts. - Assisting in the implementation and integration of the new system in collaboration with the external system provider - Migrating existing content and populating with new content the new system - Configuring and testing the new CMS to ensure it meets the needs of our operational activities - Writing the user manual, and providing technical support to end-users during the transition to the new CMS - Continuously monitoring the performance of the new CMS and making recommendations for improvements **Skills**: - Study, design, production, and management of the platform, in collaboration with the company in charge of the IT development of the platform - Excellent command of computer tools - Strong understanding of digital technologies and systems - Ability to take the initiative and to summarise - Ability to adapt, autonomy, flexibility, and rigour - Ability to be resilient and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Very good level of English required - Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, is a plus. **Profile**: Under an internship agreement with a school, minimum level BAC+2 (BTS/DUT), such as computer science school, computer engineering school, university computer science course for an internship of 3 to 6 months in a company.
