Your missions
Within the Data Excellence Team, you report to the Head of Data Excellence. The Data Excellence Team is at the heart of the Transformation and Development department aiming at accelerating the data strategic development of the group in close cooperation with IT, business and operations teams.
Your mission is to drive Data & AI Technological Transformation within the Group to support business growth and data driven decisions. Your role is:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Defining project goals, creating detailed plans, and setting timelines.
- Assembling the project team, assigning tasks, and fostering collaboration.
- Identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing the project budget to keep costs under control.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT & ADOPTION OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES
- Coordinate the implementation process for new data tools and technologies.
- Work with stakeholders to obtain necessary adoption and manage trainings
- Ensure thorough testing and evaluation before full-scale deployment.
TECHNOLOGY WATCH
- Monitor and evaluate emerging data tools and technologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data science and AI.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in data management and analytics.
DEPLOYMENT OF AI SAAS SOLUTIONS AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Lead the deployment of innovative AI SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Oversee the implementation process, ensuring compliance with bank standards and regulations.

Your profile
- Master Degree in Business or Engineering
- 4+ years of relevant working experience in Data Science & AI, Change Management, and Project management or Consulting
- Experience in Data Strategy, Data Transformation, Data Science, AI Technologies
- Good understanding of the Banking & Finance sector
- Experience of assisting in the implementation of Data & AI Technological solutions projects in a large organization.
- Good communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Self- starter who can handle multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail whilst understanding the bigger picture.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Professional working proficiency in French or German, and English
