With a strong international development, Fillmed has 8 subsidiaries (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Belgium, UK and China) and exports its products to over 80 countries. To support its growth in China, we are seeking a Cosmetic Product Manager to join our Global Marketing team, within the Cosmetic division.


Role Purpose

Under the supervision of the SKIN PERFUSION Brand manager, the SKIN PERFUSION Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of our premium skincare products. He/she will work closely with the global marketing team, Asia & Europe business units, Supply, Regulatory, Scientific Departments and suppliers to drive innovation and ensure new products alignment with market needs, especially in China. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in high-end and science-backed skincare product development, ideally within the Chinese market.


Key Responsibilities / missions


1. Product Development:

- Product innovation: drive the development of new products and reformulations, imagining new creative concepts and ensuring the use of cutting-edge ingredients and technologies (e.g., anti-aging gold standards, neuropeptides, delivery systems…), while aligning with aesthetic medicine trends and highest luxury quality standards (textures, packaging…)

- Market & Consumer knowledge: analyze market trends, especially in the Chinese skincare segment, and use consumer insights to shape product offerings.

- Project management: oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept creation to post-launch management, including budget control, timeline management, and coordination of internal/external cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, QA, Purchasing, suppliers…) to ensure smooth product launches.

- Regulatory knowledge: in collaboration with both Global and China Regulatory teams, ensure full compliance with both European and Chinese regulations, managing formulation approvals and product claims validation.


2. Competitive & Scientific Monitoring:

- Cosmetic & technological watch: stay informed about the latest trends in cosmetic science, medical aesthetics, and active ingredients industry by attending trade shows, supplier meetings, and reviewing competitor claims.

- Innovation pipeline: collaborate with suppliers, aesthetic doctors, scientific experts and KOLs to co-create innovative products that meet the evolving needs of aesthetic practitioners and consumers.


3. Marketing content & Support creation:

- Storytelling & claims: translate scientific innovations into compelling marketing claims and innovative science-driven product concepts, ensuring competitive differentiation and strong brand positioning.

- Marketing material: develop and oversee launch materials (brochures, press kits, product sheets…) to support both B2B and B2C channels.

- Integrated 360° campaigns: collaborate on creative briefs for creative agencies and digital marketing campaigns, including product launch videos, key visuals shooting, and merchandising strategies, ensuring all creative assets are cohesive and consistent with FILLMED’s brand identity.


Required Skills & Competencies


1. Technical & Scientific Expertise

- Strong intellectual curiosity for cutting-edge cosmetic science, particularly in anti-aging segment, to be able to understand skin biology, active ingredient mechanisms and formulation technologies.

- Ability to work on advanced scientific concepts and translate them into innovative, high-performance skincare products.

- Experience in aesthetic medicine or a sensitivity to the medical field would be a valuable asset.


2. Market Knowledge & Creativity

- In-depth understanding of the Chinese Prestige skincare market, including consumer preferences and evolving trends.

- A passion for blending science-driven innovation with creative approaches, aligning scientific innovation with the expectations of Chinese consumers


3. Project Management

- Excellent understanding of the cosmetics development cycle (formulas, packaging, regulations) with proven experience managing complex product development projects from concept ideation to production.

- Strong understanding of risk management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

- Ability to manage budget and timeline objectives (development and pricing).


4. Marketing & Communication

- Strong storytelling abilities to translate scientific concepts into compelling marketing claims.

- Excellent writing and presentation skills for pitching ideas and new products concepts

- Expertise in building a product’s visual identity in alignment with the brand’s artistic direction and luxury codes, ensuring consistency and excellence in all creative outputs. Ability to effectively brief and collaborate with agencies on the creation of product films, photography, and other visual assets.


Profile Requirements

- 5 years' higher education in marketing or engineering, with a specialization in cosmetics or dermatological products.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in skincare product development, with strong project management capabilities and

- Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge in Chinese (including Mandarin) is an advantage

- Analytical mindset with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.



Job Location: Paris 8th arrondissement (Pont Alma).

Contract: CDI

Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in cosmetics product development, with expertise in the Chinese market (ideally).
