岗位职责：作为公司在法国的本地技术接口，负责与顶级酒店集团项目团队进行日常技术与产品沟通。准确理解客户的技术需求、反馈及问题，并协调公司内部研发、产品及运维团队，提供专业、及时的解决方案。负责公司硬件产品或工程解决方案在当地部署与实施过程中的技术澄清、支持与协调工作。撰写和整理技术文档、会议纪要与项目进展报告（中法双语）。支持欧洲海外本土运营中心完成与项目相关的其他本地化运营工作。任职要求： 必要条件：目前已长期居住于法国（需提供合法居留证明）。中文（母语水平）与法语（商务及技术沟通流利）双语能力俱佳。具备硬件设备、电子产品、安防系统或相关工程类产品的技术背景或工作经验。出色的沟通协调能力及客户服务意识，逻辑清晰。 优先条件：有华为、海康威视、大华或类似中国科技企业海外工作经验者优先。有B2B大客户技术对接或项目管理经验者优先。熟悉酒店、地产或相关行业的智能化项目者优先。 个人特质：能够独立工作，并适应快节奏和紧急任务。责任心强，具备出色的跨文化沟通能力。
