Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals;
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and risks;
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders;
- Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Monitor market trends and develop sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of leadership and cross-functional team management experience;
- Strong understanding of the local market and industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in English, Chinese and French;
- Willingness to travel as required;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
