Le Key Account Manager Bâtiment a pour missions principales : - Veille sur le marché, - Élaboration d'argumentaires techniques, - Prospection et développement du portefeuille existant, - Identification des besoins clients, - Conseil sur les produits et prescription, - Support aux propositions commerciales, - Synthèse de l'activité de prospection, - Participation au marketing opérationnel, - Analyse de la concurrence, - Remontée des besoins clients, - Suivi de la satisfaction client, - Gestion administrative des commandes, - Gestion des réclamations et litiges.
- Formation de niveau Bac +2 ou Ingénieur minimum avec compétence technique, de prospection et de prescription, - Une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans la prospection et la prescription dans le domaine de la structure métallique, - Connaissance des marchés et de leurs contraintes, - Très bonne maîtrise des techniques de démarchage, prospection et prescription et des techniques de communication, - La connaissance de SAP et Salesforce serait un plus, - Curiosité sectorielle. Organisation. Aisance relationnelle. Autonomie. Sens de l'écoute et de la communication. Être force de conviction en interne dans la définition de produits spécifiques aux marchés prospectés.
