Internal Title: International Marketing Support and Digital Marketing Specialist


Job Summary:


The International Marketing Support and Digital Marketing Specialist position is instrumental to accompany and support the activity growth of the company internationally. This manager will work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Director to help executing the marketing strategy to support the sales and growth of the company globally.



Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job)


Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for both PhysioAssist & Inogen product portfolio
  • Design digital media campaigns according to business goals.
  • Manage the creation of digital content such as website, blogs, videos, etc.
  • Community manager role: maintain and manage presence on social media channels.
  • Manage website presence, updates and maintenance.
  • Manage and leverage the customer database for driving marketing and sales activities.


Downstream Marketing Support

  • Manage the sales aid tool set (creation and updates) in collaboration with the different internal stakeholders (product management, clinical and sales).
  • Manage organization of local, national and international events (training, exhibition).
  • Support clinical activities and clinical communication.
  • Help to create programs and initiatives (clinical selling and workshops) to drive awareness, adoption and sales.


Leadership

  • Ability to work transversally and engage the different groups of the company (sales, clinical, technical, product development, manufacturing, operations, etc.)
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Experience in marketing and communication / digital communication, healthcare/medical device field preferred.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing
  • Good knowledge and understanding of SEA/SEO
  • Able to work effectively and autonomously.
  • Able to adapt rapidly to changing environment.
  • Able to work with an international team and environment.
  • Entrepreneurial, independent, responsible, hands-on and goal oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Must be able to motivate and engage internally.
  • Must have strong work ethic.
  • Solutions-oriented problem solver.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%).
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)



Qualifications (Experience and Education)


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication/Digital Communication required
  • Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro required
  • Graphist and video editing capabilities preferred
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in marketing communication and/or marketing support function, including experience in digital/social media
  • Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, required
  • Ability to read and speak English
