Skills Alliance is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical & medical device company, translating pioneering science into vision-saving treatments to hire their Global Product Development Manager. The company is supported by a strong, global team who aim to harness the potential of ophthalmic medicine to deliver new treatments to all ocular disease patients as quickly as possible.As part of the Development team, the Product Development Manager will hold responsibility for managing the translation & implementation of pre-clinical and early phase projects to the clinic and beyond, conducting CMC evaluation for all projects, working in close collaboration with various key members of the global Development team alongside external CDMOs.Desired Skills & ExperienceChemistry PhD preferredDeep experience in pharmaceutical development, from active ingredients through to 'finished' drug productsStrong knowledge of CMC, validation, microbiology and analytical chemistryExperienced in supporting dossier creation and execution, in particular the pharmaceutical fileFDA & EMA experience requiredStrong team player, confident communicator, technically proficientBased in France, willing to commit to significant time onsite at HQFluent in English & French is a plus
