At several state-of-the-art production sites, packaging materials made of corrugated cardboard are manufactured. These products are essentially made from recycled paper within the circular economy – an important aspect from an environmental protection perspective. Significant investments in the production sites – particularly with a focus on environmental protection and sustainability – ensure continued future success in the market.The group’s customers include many top brand-name companies in Germany and Europe – from both the food and beverage industries as well as the non-food consumer goods sectors.To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for aAccount Manager (m/f/d)In this role, you are fully responsible for a defined regional area with existing customers, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and further development of existing business. In this position, you report directly to the company’s Head of Sales.Your key responsibilities:You hold full responsibility for revenue and profit in your sales territory, with considerable freedom to operate within the framework agreed with the Head of Sales.Based on the market and competition analysis you prepare, you gradually acquire new customers and sustainably expand revenue and profitability with existing customers.Your work focuses not only on the product portfolio “corrugated packaging” but also on a service concept tailored to each customer’s needs.You collaborate closely with the highly qualified and highly motivated internal sales team, as well as with the development, production, and logistics departments.What our client offers:A secure, future-oriented position with a high degree of personal responsibility and room for initiative within a strong and healthy corporate group.A dynamic and highly stimulating working environment in a growing company.An open corporate culture and a very friendly team.Further training opportunities relating to your professional tasks and areas of responsibility.And of course, a company car that can also be used for private purposes.Your experience & qualifications:Successfully completed commercial or technical training – ideally with a focus on “printing and/or paper, corrugated cardboard, or other packaging materials.”Several years of field sales experience in a packaging materials company – ideally with a focus on corrugated cardboard.Proven success in customer development and new customer acquisition in field sales.Proficiency in a common IT application system and the MS Office package, plus strong command of standard presentation techniques.Excellent written and spoken German and French skills – English is an advantage.A valid driver’s license (class B) is, of course, required.Your personality:You are open, communicative, and goal-oriented, working with great passion and a strong ability to close deals.High motivation and resilience, along with reliability, a sense of responsibility, and flexibility, define you.You work in a structured, organized, and highly independent manner.Overall, you are an engaged and confident sales personality who thrives on challenges.The selection process:A personal interview with the appointed recruitment consultant.Two interview rounds with the client – where you will meet various stakeholders and, of course, your future superior.We look forward to receiving your application.
