MIGSO-PCUBED, #1 mondial PMO et Management de Projet Industriel continue son développement en France et à l’international.
La Direction de L’Innovation et de la Performance de Service (DIPS) renforce ses équipes et recherche son Business Unit Technical Leaders (BUTL) sur sa Business Unit de Lyon.
Avec une équipe de près de 115 collaborateurs, la BU de Lyon adresse le PMO des projets technologiques innovants sur plusieurs secteurs industriels à forts enjeux (Nucléaire, transport d’énergie, pharmaceutique, ferroviaire, automobile, défense) sur le bassin RhA. Vous êtes le BUTL de l’agence et en interface avec votre direction internationale (DIPS) et les autres BUTL des autres agences.
En tant que Business Unit Technical Leader, vous aurez en charge les responsabilités suivantes :
- Support business en étroite collaboration avec la direction de votre agence.
o Organisation et animation d’une feuille de route / d’un plan de développement de la performance du delivery avec nos équipes chez nos clients
o Support et expertise en Management de Projet (PMO) sur des offres et engagement complexes ou à risques
o Conduite d’actions de recovery ou de transformation avec les équipes de consultants ayant pour objectifs le développement de la valeur des services PMO dans le cadre de nos contrats.
o Développement et animation du réseau d’experts permettant le développement des compétences et le partage des bonnes pratiques PMO au niveau local
- Chef de projets internes portés par la Direction de l’Innovation et de la Performance des Services au niveau international pour le compte du groupe MIGSO-PCUBED.
o Projets en lien avec le développement du knowledge management : capitalisation, développement des compétences et partage de bonnes pratiques PMO
o Projets d’innovation et de transformation du métier du management de projet
Vous êtes passionné.e par votre métier en tant que PMO , et vous souhaitez avoir une activité de terrain en interface avec nos clients vous permettant d’avoir un impact sur la livraison de projets au contact de nos clients et de nos consultants. Enfin vous souhaitez contribuer activement au développement des pratiques et services PMO dans un contexte de transformation digitale.
WHO ARE YOU ?
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience en gestion de projet/PMO d’au moins 5 ans dans un environnement industriel.
- Vous êtes diplômé universitaire idéalement d’une formation Ingénieur ou Mastère Spécialisé
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais, le français
- Vous êtes doté d'un très bon relationnel et souhaitez apporter de la valeur ajoutée dans tout ce que vous entreprenez
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre leadership, votre esprit de synthèse
- Vous êtes polyvalent et curieux
- Bon communiquant, vous aimez le terrain et la production
