JOB DETAILSContract type: Permanent – Full-time – Cadre forfait joursReporting to: CEOPosition: Sales ManagerCompensation: fixed salary + attractive variable bonus RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Sales Manager at Dylogy, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our go-to-market strategy in the (re)insurance space. You’ll own the full commercial cycle – from pipeline structuring to client relationship management – and contribute directly to Dylogy’s growth and positioning in the marketYour main responsibilities will include:CRM & Sales Funnel StructuringOrganise, and continuously optimise our CRM (HubSpot) to track leads, opportunities, and client relationships. Define sales funnels aligned with our website, social channels, and inbound campaigns Prospecting & OutreachIdentify and qualify new leads, run outbound campaigns, and cultivate long-term relationships with decision-makers in the (re)insurance ecosystem. Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and measurable follow-up Contract & Deal ManagementSupport the legal process during contract negotiation phases in collaboration with our legal partners. Ensure clarity, traceability, and smooth execution from proposal to final signature Client Demos & RepresentationPrepare and conduct client demos, both remotely and in person. Represent Dylogy at meetups, conferences, and industry events to strengthen visibility and positioning Sales & Marketing AlignmentCollaborate with marketing to co-create impactful content (blog posts, website copy, newsletters, or video assets) supporting lead generation and nurturing strategies Strategic Market Feedback & Product LoopAct as a voice of the customer by gathering insights from prospects and clients, translating them into actionable recommendations for the Product and Tech teams Growth & Future LeadershipContribute to building Dylogy’s commercial playbook and long-term go-to-market strategy, with potential evolution into a Head of Sales role as the team scales Business Development StrategyBuild sales forecasts, track KPIs, and identify new growth levers (upsell/renewal strategies, referral opportunities, partnerships).
