**The Role**:
The Sales Manager is a prominent role in driving OSW’s vision and mission, managing the activities of BDMs, Account managers, and Sales Support team, whilst ensuring that Company’s brand is eminent in the industry.

The NSM oversees the national sales targets and be responsible for getting the best out of inside and outside of sales reps, as well as working closely with products & marketing to attain results while driving customer service to uphold company core values.

The primary rationale for this role is to build and maintain a high-performance sales force to effectively achieve sales objectives assigned.

**Key Duties**:

- Prepare & present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts in-line with OSW’s Annual targets.
- Devise and implement efficient & effective sales strategies national wide and indorse customer-centric activities for state specific market segments to elevate and maintain sales revenue to meet overall assigned targets
- Develop processes and policies required to maintain effective sales metrics & budget targets
- Provide sales management, stock control, and incentive planning for both sales team and customer portfolio management
- Ensure most effectual hiring, orientation, training, development, and retention of sales force
- Ensure that sales force receive adequate training and induction to perform in accordance with job function and elevate productivity
- Act as a sales coach and provide mentorship to support sales force to increase sales productivity and performance-manage Sales to reduce staff turn-over via ongoing training and development activities
- Provide sales force with KPI setting, organizational skills, account management strategies, market planning and customer hunting skills along with administrative responsibilities to establish desired customer satisfaction and engagement
- Establish cohesive business relationships with customers to maintain desired diversification between longtail market trend and volume-based customers
- Keep up to date with market trends and have an abrupt eye on competitor activities to remain ahead of the competitor curve
- Perform and carry out Ad hoc job-related duties and responsibilities as an imminent part of attaining over sales objectives

- Strong IT and social media skills
- Strong analytical and cross-functional team management skills
- Agile, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Availability to travel as needed
- Qualifications and Licencing Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager and Minimum 5+ years’ progressive sales experience or management experience in a similar area
- Successful track record of clientele portfolio management

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lyon (69): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
