Location : The Plant Director is accountable for all activities on the site and to develop & deploy the strategic direction for the site in line with its role in the Supply network in order to deliver a superior customer experience. It is essential to create a safe and engaging working environment for all associates on site and it’s mandatory to have/keep processes in place that guarantee conformance with all Mars standards and all Safety, Quality & Food Safety, Hygiene, Environment and Legal Requirements. 8-10 years business experience, including broad and significant supply chain functional expertise, understanding and ability to apply Lean principles
~ Develop a robust talent pipeline within the site organization and ensure associates understand how to develop their career integrating the relevant way of working Mars / Axe Cereales due to Join Venture.
Build a 5 Principles centric Mars culture on site through a high levels of associate engagement, a passion for food, and a superior experience for our customers by delivering quality products on time in full.
Accountable for the site being compliant with all Mars standards and regulatory requirements.
Accountable to provide and secure adequate training for all associates.
