Your Mission :

Ensure an optimal onboarding of new qualified leads and prospection of public and private prospects, contributing to the growth of the company.

Key aspects of the Position:

1. Inbound Lead Management :

  • Responsiveness: Contact leads entered from the website within 24 hours by call or email.
  • Qualification : Identify and understand the specific needs of the lead to ensure its relevance.
  • CRM Completion : Research and complete lead information for a better understanding of their needs (documents, call reports, history, etc.).
  • Handoff : Manage the onboarding of the lead in collaboration with the sales manager.

 

2. Outbound Prospection :

  • Lead Research : Prospection using LinkedIn and official platforms to identify new prospects. Plan and conduct targeted outreach at trade shows.
  • Qualification : Engage with identified prospects, understand, and qualify the needs of outbound leads.
  • CRM Completion : Ensure all relevant information about the lead and its account is recorded in the CRM.
  • Handoff : Manage the onboarding of the lead in collaboration with the sales manager.
  • Tenders : Monitoring and responding to tenders in the region in collaboration with the sales manager.

 

3. Sales Support :

  • Assist the Sales Manager in organizing events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
  • Support the Sales Manager in developing sales for a list of targeted accounts.
  • Support activities with existing accounts.

 

4. Key Accounts Management :

  • Manage accounts in smaller but high potential markets such as Southeast Asia + Australia.

Your profile:

  • You have a Bachelors or master’s degree in Business or Engineering. 
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • You possess some commercial knowledge and an understanding of business processes.
  • You are proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in IT tools: MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proven experience in using CRM tools such as Sales Force, Zoho etc.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English. 

Salary and Bonus Structure:

  • Fix salary: 30-35k€ p.a.
  • Bonus : motivating monthly and annual variable bonus
