Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our team. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring an optimal onboarding of new qualified leads and prospection of public and private prospects, contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities- Inbound Lead Management
- Contact leads entered from our website within 24 hours by call or email.
- Identify and understand the specific needs of the lead to ensure its relevance.
- Research and complete lead information for a better understanding of their needs (documents, call reports, history, etc.).
- Manage the onboarding of the lead in collaboration with the sales manager.
- Outbound Prospection
- Prospection using official platforms to identify new prospects. Plan and conduct targeted outreach at trade shows.
- Engage with identified prospects, understand, and qualify the needs of outbound leads.
- Ensure all relevant information about the lead and its account is recorded in the CRM.
- Manage the onboarding of the lead in collaboration with the sales manager.
- Monitor and respond to tenders in the region in collaboration with the sales manager.
- Sales Support
- Assist the Sales Manager in organizing events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
- Support the Sales Manager in developing sales for a list of targeted accounts.
- Support activities with existing accounts.
- Key Accounts Management
- Manage accounts in smaller but high potential markets such as Southeast Asia and Australia.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Some commercial knowledge and an understanding of business processes.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in IT tools: MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proven experience in using CRM tools such as Sales Force, Zoho, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Fixed salary: 30-35k€ p.a.
- Motivating monthly and annual variable bonus.
