Nous recherchons un Community Manager, passionné(e) de cyclisme et/ou de sport outdoor et créatif(ve) pour être au cœur de notre stratégie digitale et communautaire.
Votre rôle sera de contribuer à faire croitre la notoriété de Café du Cycliste et faire rayonner la marque en France et à l’international et à créer et engager la communauté Café du Cycliste. Vous serez responsable à la fois d'accroître notre audience et de susciter un plus fort engagement de tous nos prescripteurs (nos communautés sur toutes les plateformes, nos ambassadeurs, nos clients VIP, notre force de vente et nos revendeurs).
Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe internationale, basée principalement à Nice et en partie à Londres.
Vous travaillerez aussi en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe créa (photographe/vidéaste et graphiste interne) pour vous assurer que le contenu de vos projets est pertinent, attrayant et innovant.
Gestion des réseaux sociaux
- Superviser notre présence sur Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Strava, Linkedin, Komoot, Tik Tok.
- Définir et gérer le calendrier de publication sur les réseaux sociaux.
- Enrichir et développer la communauté Café du Cycliste sur nos réseaux sociaux.
- Suivre quotidiennement leurs activités, dotations et créations de contenu (réseaux sociaux, gazette...)
- Participation à d’autres activités Marketing (contribuer à l’organisation et la promotion des évènements et autres initiatives …)
Niveau Master avec 3 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais et du français (écrit & oral) , connaissance d’une troisième langue (japonais ou allemand) serait un atout
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, avec une forte capacité d’organisation et de gestion des priorités
