About the Role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Partner to join our team in Toulouse as part of an early career program, supporting our aerospace client. In this role, you will support operational leaders by delivering business solutions powered by advanced data analytics, strategic recommendations, and actionable insights.

The successful candidate will have a great ability to manage multiple projects, organize competing priorities, and effectively coordinate with stakeholders to meet business objectives and deadlines.Additionally, this role will involve managing both operational and technical aspects of data insights, analytics, and consulting across all RSR operating companies.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting / Partnering

  • Collaborate with operational teams and clients to deliver projects, analyze program metrics, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Build and manage client relationships, offering expert data advice, including data governance and quality insights.
  • Conduct data analysis across multiple projects to identify value-added initiatives and revenue growth opportunities, supporting leadership with data-driven strategies.
  • Present insights through data visualization and reporting, mentor junior team members, and promote analytics best practices.

Project Management & Implementation of BI Solutions

  • Lead the implementation of BI reporting solutions, ensuring solutions meet reporting, financial, SLA, and KPI requirements while addressing multiple competing priorities.
  • Use project management skills to coordinate, document, and oversee scalable dashboards, processes, and data quality standards, delivering on time and accurately.
  • Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to managers and clients, ensuring stakeholder expectations are effectively managed throughout project lifecycles.
  • Act as a point of contact to ensure deadlines are met and stakeholder needs are consistently addressed.

Maintain Standards

  • Adhere to global BI production standards and utilize agile practices to integrate innovative solutions into BI offerings.
  • Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to develop case studies, customer-facing materials, and support for sales and RFP processes.
  • Ensure data governance principles are followed, promoting the use of enterprise BI tools for operations training and support needs.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required (Master’s preferred) with 4-5 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or project management, ideally within a delivery-focused environment.
  • Great project management or coordination experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (DOMO, Tableau, PowerBI), advanced Excel, and SQL.
  • Experience in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and process improvement is an asset.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with strong communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities for senior leadership.
  • Experience in multinational HR, recruitment, or outsourcing environments is preferred.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required.
