Mission et description de tâches :
Rattaché(e) au responsable du département SURF OPERATIONS vous participez au suivi et à la coordination des phases d’installation de nos projets. Vous êtes le référent technique entre les projets et les bateaux dont vous aurez la charge ; vous garantissez donc la faisabilité des opérations et l’optimisation des moyens à mettre en œuvre dans le cadre du projet : design, fabrication, méthodes d’installation… A ce titre vos principales missions sont de :
- Suivre le projet et l’avancement des travaux de la barge en interface avec le projet, le superintendant et le field engineer ;
- Participer aux revues de procédures d’installation et aux analyses de risques des opérations offshore ;
- Définir les besoins en sous-traitance, participer à la sélection des sous-traitants et au suivi du sous-contrat ;
- S’assurer de la logistique en hommes et matériel pour la mobilisation, les opérations et la démobilisation du navire d’installation ;
- Participer à l’optimisation des opérations offshore ;
- Réaliser les interfaces avec le département matériel pour toutes les demandes en équipement ;
- Réaliser le suivi complet des barges (certifications, équipements, location de matériel...).
Profil :
- Formation : Ecole d’ingénieur, spécialité génie mécanique ou génie civil ;
- Expérience (domaine + minimum d’expérience) : 3 à 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des installations offshore et sur projet ou comme conducteur de travaux dans le génie civil ;
- Mobilité : Ce poste nécessite une réelle disponibilité pour des missions, comme pour des périodes longues en expatriation, lors des phases d’installation ;
- Langues : La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
