HR Development Manager M/F

Korn Ferry are partnering with an automotive business looking for a dynamic HR Development Manager to lead their recruitment and training initiatives for a growing manufacturing plant in Grand Est France
Collaborate with all company departments and the groups employment & training teams.
Engage with candidates, employment agencies, job boards, recruitment firms, educational institutions, and local authorities.
Develop, implement, and optimize the plant’s recruitment policy in line with strategic and budgetary constraints.
Anticipate and identify new skills and roles, creating appropriate training pathways.
Organize and manage professional training activities, including planning, development, and logistics.
Recruitment:
Define a coherent recruitment policy for internal promotions and external hires.
Evaluate and negotiate recruitment budgets.
Improve recruitment processes and tools.
Identify future recruitment needs and proactively develop talent pools.
Lead relationships with recruitment partners.
Advise operational managers on recruitment activities.
Develop sourcing strategies and represent the company at recruitment events.
Collaborate with HR on workforce planning and salary management.
Regularly report recruitment activities to the management.
Conduct studies and analyses to anticipate recruitment, training, and mobility needs.
Support professional reconversions with personalized projects.
Define strategic orientations for the training structure.
Design and implement training programs.
Manage administrative and logistical aspects of training.
Maintain quality control of training services.
Propose new training offers in line with industry evolution.
Management:
~ Lead a team of three employment & mobility and training officers.
Respect environmental standards and alert management in case of incidents.
Professional English proficiency.
