📣 Nous recherchons en CDI notre futur.e Campaign Manager pour agrandir les équipes Business Analyst de Fabien.
Votre rôle :
Participer à développer les performances des campagnes commerciales et marketing grâce à la mise en œuvre d’analyses statistiques en amont des campagnes (scoring, ciblage) ainsi qu’à la construction et au suivi de reportings. Il adresse la cible B to B.
La mission du Responsable Campagne Outbound est d’assurer la bonne réalisation d’analyse des performances commerciales et des potentiels de la base de données, de ciblage pour structurer la prospection des équipes commerciales en campagnes organisées, de piloter la performance de ces campagnes marketing et commerciales. Le collaborateur devra donc faire preuve dans ce contexte de sens analytique, d’autonomie, de réactivité, de rigueur.
Vos missions :
En lien avec les autres Data Analysts et plus largement avec l’équipe CRM, le Campaign Manager participera à :
- développer la connaissance clients (qualification, profiling, scoring…) afin d’optimiser les plans d’actions,
- mettre à disposition / communiquer les résultats de ces analyses,
- assurer des ciblages pour les opérations marketing et commerciales
- mesurer la performance de ces campagnes : KPI opérationnels (avancement du process commercial, appels, RDV, négociations, etc.) et financiers (revenus générés, lifetime value, ROI, etc.)
Votre profil :
- Niveau Bac +4/5 master Statistiques / Traitement de données
- Connaissance de l'outil Salesforce et DataBricks.
- Une première expérience en entreprise / marketing ou commercial / dans l’analyse et l’exploitation des données pour la performance opérationnelle est souhaitée
- Maîtrise des techniques statistiques de base
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Rigueur et organisation
- Excellent sens du relationnel, vous allez naviguer entre les équipes commerciales/IT/Marketing.
- Capacité à comprendre la réalité opérationnelle du terrain, facteur essentiel pour comprendre la performance des campagnes
