We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams, to align client needs with company capabilities and deliver value-added solutions.
Drive the negotiation and execution of contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and client feedback to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of account management processes and practices.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in managing key accounts, fostering business growth, or driving sales within the automotive or trucking sector.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships.
Fluency in English & French is required
