We’re looking for a talented Project Manager who is passionate about creative marketing and ready to take charge of our exciting projects, driving them from concept to successful execution.
Job Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of creative marketing projects, European events, PR initiatives, and KOL collaborations. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and projects, managing timelines, budgets, and client relationships. Your ability to communicate fluently in Chinese, French, and English is essential to managing our international projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage creative marketing projects, including PR campaigns, European events, and livestreaming initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute events across Europe, including on-ground coordination, logistics, and real-time problem-solving to ensure successful delivery.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, PR, and technical) and external partners to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
- Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring all activities are financially viable and within the agreed budget.
- KOL Management: Oversee collaborations with KOLs, ensuring alignment with project goals and effective execution of influencer marketing strategies.
- Livestreaming Execution: Coordinate live broadcasts, managing the logistics, technical setup, and content strategy to maximize engagement and sales if any.
- Multilingual Communication: Use your language skills (Chinese, French, and English) to manage client relationships, negotiate with vendors, and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions in project delivery.
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive project reports, analyzing performance metrics, and making recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within the creative marketing, events, PR, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of European markets, event & PR landscapes.
- Fluent in Chinese, French, and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of project management tools and software,including chinese Feishu.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional travel and working hours that accommodate European time zones.
