About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position that offers flexibility and work-life balance. As a Project Manager / Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting colleagues across departments with scoping and understanding project requirements, designing project management elements, and providing support to clients and colleagues through project implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a working knowledge of Talogy solutions and platforms.
- Work with clients and colleagues to develop project scope of work plans and documentation.
- Lead and/or facilitate planning sessions to build consensus among project team members regarding task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies across a project.
- Develop, communicate, and maintain detailed project plans.
- Prepare project reports for project status meetings as required.
- Identify, track, monitor, and communicate on project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during project implementation.
- Monitor workflows and deadlines to ensure all team members meet project goals accurately and in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and other external stakeholders.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions, concerns, feedback, etc. with speed, accuracy, friendliness, and professionalism.
- Work to ensure project plans deliver against SLAs and other KPI expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow processes around documentation of client work and interactions, utilizing client relationship management and project management tools.
- Previous experience in a project management environment is required.
- Must be fluent in English and French language in both written and verbal communication.
- Education/certification in project management is preferred.
- Proficiency in using web-based project management software, e.g. MS Project, Jira, etc.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
- Previous experience in the talent management industry is desirable but not required.
Demonstrable evidence of being able to collaborate effectively with others, multi-task, and prioritize workloads for self and others is essential for this role.
