Focus on the market by following the phases as defined in the European launch strategy Define French remarketing and used cars label strategy: P&L, sales channels, volumes, priorities, dealer’s targets, B2B sales, partnerships, commercial policies …
• Negotiate annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets with distributors
• Focus on salesmen recruitments and training
• Manage distributors to achieve Sales target
• Secure invoicing process and reduce overdue payment as financial floorplan management with your dealers
• Collect necessary product information to enable SMF to execute product management based upon French requirements
• Has a relevant network in France to Distributor networks and sales partners
• Being a sales-oriented person with understanding of multiple customer group perceptions
• Skilled in using basic computer applications (MS Office) and understand multiple languages and cultures
• Native French and Fluent in English on a business professional level (all internal meetings will be organized in English as daily communication with head-office teams)
