About The Role


As Sales Area Manager France you will manage consolidated customers in the assigned territory by maximizing the service and opportunities; qualify, win new projects, develop, and retain business.

You will be responsible for developing sales growth primarily in terms of onboarding new customers and additional brands to established customers; this must be achieved through a deep knowledge of the relevant market through continuous presence in the area.

It will be important to be present at events and fairs in the spirits sector.


The role involves commercial development tasks but also, in line with the method of the reference sales team, continuous market and sales analysis, in order to also improve the strategy in the area.


Key Job Accountabilities


  • Research new development opportunities for new items and onboard new customers.
  • Review, monitoring, reporting at a central level Sales and Profitability.
  • Directly manages the various requests / needs of customers.
  • Create offers for customers by interfacing with Customer Service, Technical Office and Programming Office.
  • Negotiates agreements and monitors customer/client satisfaction.
  • Interfaces with other company functions.
  • Secure, manage, deepen, and widen the customer relationship, with the long-term focus of expanding the overall penetration and introducing innovative products.
  • Ability to identify new product solutions of possible interest to the reference market.
  • It is essential to acquire technical production knowledge of our product through constant visits to our production sites.
  • Build key relationship.


Qualifications/Requirements


  • Min. 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the distillery industry
  • High school or Bachelor's degree or comparable education with a focus on sales.
  • Fluent English, another language would be a strong advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Curiosity and commercial spirit of conquest
  • Communication skills.
  • Mediation skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
