Due to the growth of our business, we are looking for a QA Manager to join our team. You’ll be the leader and punctually technical mentor of the developers in your team as they are already senior as well responsible for the future management of QA Automation projects. You will evolve in a motivating highly technical environment with challenging payment applications development and added value services products.

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager located in France or Spain to join our awesome Team You would manually test our technology by collaborating with our different IT departments and Product colleagues between Spain & France

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Definition of the QA plan
  • Definition and updating of the project roadmap and management of operating budgets
  • Execute agile management processes on all projects assigned to your department
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve common business goals
  • Organize regular 1to1 with all your team members
  • Help your team members develop their skills and experience
  • Seek and hire new team members based on the growth plan of business and project requirements
  • Conduct interviews with candidates assisted by your team members for aspects techniques
  • Regularly report your department's activity to the senior management team
  • Integrate teams into the agile development process to manage the assurance phase quality
  • Develop and maintain tests and tools for our frontends, backend APIs and services
  • Act as a test mentor in collaboration with the product and development teams to contribute to continuous integration for new features
  • Assist the development team in the introduction and adoption of best practices in test as soon as possible in the development cycle
  • Audit software systems and involve software engineers to improve the design, testability and quality.

Preferred candidate profile:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT sector
  • Management and coaching knowledge
  • English & French is mandatory (EP)

Job Experience

  • 1 year of experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills(EP)
  • Experience in the payment industry is mandatory(EP)
  • 5 years of experience as tester

Professional knowledge

  • Knowledge of squash test solution (EP)
  • Certifications ISTQB (EP)
