Training Operations Coordinator (French Expert)
As a Training Co-Ordinator, you will be working with Client partner directly to ensure there is no delay in the deliveries and enhance their experience
As a training operations coordinator, you will be reporting to the training operations manager.
You will be the key contact point for all local stakeholders in France, coordinating training sessions delivery. You will master and oversee all activities within service.
Analyze the training needs provided by the Client and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site,
· Be the point of contact for internal trainers and external vendors to coordinate the planification of training sessions,
· Control and validate training agreements and ensure they are signed by both client and external vendors,
· Organize the training sessions according to trainees’ expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution,
· Share instructor information with site security as needed,
· Communicate and inform employees about opening dates of training sessions,
· Calibrate and coordinate with Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
· Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required,
· Follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool
· Coordinate with training organizations, master vendor (OPCO) in charge of training settlement and Indian team
· Exposure to an international work environment
· High level understanding of the training landscape in France
· Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM
· Fluent in French and English are a mandatory requirement
· Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint

Nous recherchons notre prochain coordinateur des opérations de formation en France. La mission de notre équipe est de permettre aux personnes d’évoluer dans un environnement bienveillant et efficace.
Nous travaillons tous ensemble sur un projet commun avec une partie de l'équipe basée en Inde.
En tant que coordinateur/trice des opérations de formation, vous serez rattaché(e) au responsable des opérations de formation.
Vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié de l'ensemble des acteurs locaux en France, coordonnant l'animation des formations. Vous maîtriserez et superviserez toutes les activités au sein du service.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration et en partenariat avec l'équipe de formation du client.
Analyser les besoins de formation fournis par le Client et déterminer le nombre de sessions nécessaires pour former toutes les personnes concernées,
· Être le point de contact des formateurs internes et des fournisseurs externes pour coordonner la planification des sessions de formation,
· Partager les informations relatives au formateur avec la sécurité du site si nécessaire,
· Communiquer et informer les collaborateurs sur les dates d'ouverture des sessions de formation,
· Calibrer et coordonner avec l'équipe indienne pour tout changement/mise à jour dans l'événement/programme de formation,
· Aider à la clôture des activités de formation en assurant le suivi des présences et la facturation si nécessaire,
· Suivre et adhérer aux processus à l'aide de l'outil CRM
· Assurer la coordination avec les organismes de formation, le prestataire (OPCO) en charge du règlement des formation, et l'équipe indienne
· Exposition à un environnement de travail international
· Compréhension générale du paysage de la formation en France
· Connaissance de Salesforce ou de tout autre CRM
· La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais exigée
· Maîtrise de MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
· Un permis de travail pour travailler en France exigé
