We are seeking a highly experienced Data Architect to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for designing and implementing cutting-edge data solutions on Azure and a deep understanding of Databricks and Power BI , we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:

Architect and implement scalable data solutions using Azure services, Databricks, and Power BI to support complex business needs.
Design robust data pipelines and workflows to manage large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
Optimize data architecture for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency across cloud environments.
Develop and enforce data governance standards , ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead the integration of Power BI for advanced data visualization and reporting solutions.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of data systems , identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams on best practices for data management and analytics.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in Azure, Databricks, and Power BI technologies .

Requirements:

~5+ years of experience as a Data Architect with a proven track record of delivering large-scale data solutions.
~ Extensive experience with Databricks for data engineering, machine learning, and analytics.
~ Deep understanding of Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL).
~ Proficiency in designing and developing Power BI dashboards for actionable insights.
~ Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline orchestration .
~ Solid understanding of cloud security best practices , data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
~ Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code for data deployments.
~ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in cloud-based data environments.
~ Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
~ Proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
~ Certification in Azure Solutions Architect , Databricks , or Power BI is a plus.
