We are seeking a highly experienced Data Architect to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for designing and implementing cutting-edge data solutions on Azure and a deep understanding of Databricks and Power BI , we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement scalable data solutions using Azure services, Databricks, and Power BI to support complex business needs.
  • Design robust data pipelines and workflows to manage large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Optimize data architecture for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency across cloud environments.
  • Develop and enforce data governance standards , ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the integration of Power BI for advanced data visualization and reporting solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the performance of data systems , identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams on best practices for data management and analytics.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Azure, Databricks, and Power BI technologies .

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect with a proven track record of delivering large-scale data solutions.
  • Extensive experience with Databricks for data engineering, machine learning, and analytics.
  • Deep understanding of Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL).
  • Proficiency in designing and developing Power BI dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline orchestration .
  • Solid understanding of cloud security best practices , data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code for data deployments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in cloud-based data environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Certification in Azure Solutions Architect , Databricks , or Power BI is a plus.
