We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HRIS Project Manager & People Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming our human resources operations through data-driven insights and streamlined processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving our HRIS landscape, enhancing and optimizing operational efficiencies. HRIS Project Management and Process Optimization:
Oversee functional testing and acceptance, if required,
Ensure data quality of HR data in coordination with responsible departments
Conduct HR system trainings and manage training materials in coordination with the HR Community

Create and maintain comprehensive Human Capital Management and HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs
Support various departments and projects with the required HR data
Offer data-based recommendations for HR strategies and initiatives, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness

Master’s degree or higher education in the area of Data Science or in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant areas
~5+ years of HRIS Project Management & Data Analytics.
~ Experience in HR and with People data
~ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other HCM system
