We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HRIS Project Manager & People Analytics Specialist to join our team at LEM. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming our human resources operations through data-driven insights and streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop functional specifications for HR systems
  • Oversee functional testing and acceptance, if required
  • Monitor application development and maintenance
  • Collaborate with process owners to analyze, optimize, and expand HR systems
  • Provide first-level support for HR systems
  • Ensure data quality of HR data
  • Conduct HR system trainings
  • Handle HR monthly reporting
  • Create and maintain comprehensive Human Capital Management and HR metrics
  • Support various departments with HR data

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher education in Data Science or Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant areas
  • 5+ years of HRIS Project Management & Data Analytics experience
  • Experience in HR and with People data
  • Experience with PowerBI and visualization tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other HCM system
