Dans le cadre d’une création de poste et pour accompagner la croissance de notre client, vous aurez en charge l’ouverture des dossiers d’indemnisation, la gestion, le règlement et le suivi des recours, selon les délégations accordées par les compagnies et dans le respect des processus/conventions.

Assurer la relation client des sinistres Flottes Automobiles
·Mandater l’expert et s’assurer de l’avancement du dossier jusqu’au règlement
·De formation Bac+2, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 ans sur un poste similaire et/ou d’une expérience en relation client sur une plateforme.
Vous connaissez le fonctionnement des contrats Flottes Automobiles, des Conventions d’assurance sinistres (IRSA, recours droit commun).
Pour les profils juniors, vos qualités organisationnelles fortes et l'agilité sont des compétences clés pour réussir à ce poste.
