Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in generating compelling content ideas and designs for our social media channels.
  • Demonstrate a proactive mindset, always ready to engage with new strategies and techniques.

  • Conduct detailed research on emerging trends and news in web3, AI, tech, and other relevant fields.
  • Communicate effectively and write fluently in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management: Planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across paid channels like LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, and Meta for Lead Generation and Ticket Sales.
  2. Data Analysis: Analyse marketing performance data for insights.
  3. Growth Exploration: Test new tactics to attract attendees and sponsors.
  4. Data-driven Decision Making: Use data insights to inform marketing strategies.
  5. Funnel Marketing: Understand the various stages of the marketing funnel to maximise conversion rates.
  6. Targeted Outreach: Leverage data platforms for audience targeting and personalised outreach campaigns.
  7. Reporting: Prepare reports and document campaign learnings.

Bonus Skills:

  1. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Excel and AI.
  2. Experience with paid advertising channels including LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, and Meta.
  3. Experience in conducting A/B tests to optimise campaign performance and user experience.
