Avec plus de 300 annonceurs en trois ans et un chiffre d'affaires qui double chaque année, nous sommes leader en affichage digital urbain premium et un des pionniers dans la mesure en temps réel de l'impact des campagnes DOOH.Une rémunération attractive (fixe + uncapped commissions)Un environnement dynamique et bienveillant avec des possibilités d'évolution rapide.Bureaux dans le 3ème arrondissement, en plein cœur du Marais et 1 à 2 jours de télétravail par semaine.Prise en charge de la mutuelle à 50% et remboursement des titres de transport à 50%.Contacter des prospects par téléphone, email et LinkedIn pour leur présenter nos solutions et prendre des rendez-vous qualifiés.Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de vente et de prospection.Profil recherché :Vous avez minimum 2 ans d'expérience réussie en prospection commerciale (SDR, Business Developer, Inside Sales), idéalement dans le secteur des médias et de la publicité.Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) résultats.Vous savez élaborer des stratégies de prospection et vous adapter à votre interlocuteur.La maîtrise des outils CRM et de prospection digitale (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outils d'emailing) est un plus.Entretien avec mise en situation (simulation de prospection).Si vous aimez la prospection et souhaitez contribuer à l'essor d'une entreprise en plein boom, rejoignez-nous chez Turnadon
