At Chekin, a travel tech SaaS company, we're building the Partnership Team, so we are looking for our next Sales Partnership Manager to help us boost the company to the next level. Ready to be part of the challenge?The RoleWe have highly ambitious goals for our partnerships team: we are building a key revenue source for Chekin.As a Partnerships Manager, you will be the #1 employee in the partnerships team.You will be joining the partnerships business, primarily distribution partnerships, focused on growing the number of distribution channels, as well as referral and reseller programs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process and the long-term growth of the accounts, working very closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams, finding the first partners and enabling and managing the business relationship with them. You will also hire and set up goals for your team.What Will You Be DoingReach and sell Chekin SDK solutions to PMSs, PMCs (Property Management Companies), and/or guest experience platforms. This involves convincing C-Level and VP-level Executives to implement our solution to enhance their product, and creating a joint business plan for adoption within the client user base.Train partners on how to effectively distribute Chekin (i.e. utilizing solution-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close).Help partners on their first or most complex deals.Create, maintain, and review recurrently joint business plans with partners.Manage your goals: work towards your monthly quotas, and manage your performance.Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied partners and customers.Keep informed of product lines, competition, and industry trends that may impact client business activities in order to help prospects through the purchase decision.Collaborate with the marketing team to define an effective inbound marketing campaign to attract partners.Develop referral partnerships with associations or other property management companies.You are fluent in English and other European languages (Spanish, Italian, French, German, Portuguese).3+ years experience working in a sales position.Experience in Sales in SaaS companies with Software distributors, consultancies, or the Travel industry. PMS (Property Management System) experience is highly preferred.Demonstrated excellence in digital presentation skills with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging.Demonstrated analytical skills to assess together with potential partners the economics of joining the Chekin partnership.Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn preferred.Business forecasting, pipeline development, and management skills are required.A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, and teamwork.Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated.Crush your goals and enjoy doing itEager to take ownership of the company and share improvement points (we have a culture of change).Have experience managing pipelines and deals in CRM tools like Hubspot, etc.Have a solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns.Is this you?
