Administrative Assistant - 8-Month Fixed-Term Contract M/FLocation: Courbevoie (92)Contract Type: Labor contractType of Recruitment: ReplacementDescription:The National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) is a major player in innovation, entrepreneurship, and creation in France. It issues industrial property titles (patents, trademarks, designs) and ensures the approval of artisanal and industrial geographical indications. The INPI also works in favor of economic development through its awareness-raising and training actions thanks to its national network and its international representations.The INPI is the operator of the One-stop shop for business formalities (registrations, modifications, cessations, account filings) and the National Business Register. It ensures the dissemination of data on businesses and industrial property.For its human resources and social development department, INPI is looking for an Administrative Assistant to carry out the following tasks:Update the time management database (management of anomalies, work stoppages, absence authorizations, etc.)Management of special situations with employees (family problems, etc.)Transmit information regarding personnel movements to the support serviceManage and edit badges (employees, service providers, trainees)Produce statistics and summaries requested by the DRHDS and/or general managementRequired Profile:With a BAC + 2 degree (law, management, or economics), you have acquired initial experience or significant internships in an assistant role requiring the application of administrative procedures. You are proficient in Word and Excel software. You have good analytical skills, demonstrate rigor, attention to detail, and responsiveness, and are driven by a developed sense of service.
