Set clear sales goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the marketing and product teams to understand market needs and customer requirements. Previous experience in a leadership capacity is essential.Sales Expertise:Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage a sales pipeline, with a strong understanding of sales techniques, contract negotiations, and customer lifecycle management.Industry Knowledge:Deep understanding of industrial refrigeration systems, energy efficiency, and related technologies is highly desirable. Ability to stay updated on industry trends and market developments.Leadership Skills:Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding a team to exceed targets.
