As a recruitment agency, we are seeking a Personal Assistant (m/f/d) to the Manager of a large stud farm in the east of Orleans. In this role, you will oversee the establishment and expansion of the stud farm, which will serve as a venue for artistic horse shows and for the breeding and training of horses. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact on-site for all external service providers and internal team members. You will also assist in establishing an academy to train performers for the shows and ensure effective management of the company in close collaboration with the artistic and business directors.

Your Responsibilities

  • Taking lead on administrative and organizational tasks in establishing the stud farm in France
  • Being the primary point of contact for all external service providers and internal colleagues
  • Setting up a functional office
  • Managing schedules and travel arrangements
  • Assisting with event organization
  • Managing the academy
  • Supplier management
  • Creating reports, documents, and presentations
  • Preparing accounting tasks

Your Skillset & Qualifications

  • Several years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Willingness to relocate mid-term to the company's base between Orleans and Nevoy
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confident yet service-oriented demeanor
  • Solution-oriented approach
  • Good self-management and high self-motivation
  • Independent, structured, and meticulous work ethic
  • Fluent in French and English; good knowledge of German and Spanish is advantageous
  • Occasional willingness to travel to Germany and Spain
