You will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving client satisfaction, and fostering long-lasting business relationships. This role involves overseeing the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, and ensuring the timely delivery of tailored solutions that align with our customers' needs. As the key point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in business growth by maintaining existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.ResponsibilitiesConfigure business cases and confirm integration flowCollect and prepare KYC/AML documents for Compliance reviewNegotiate contracts and close agreementsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting business partners relationshipsServe as the lead point of contact for all client account management mattersPrepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for internal stakeholdersContinuously build your client portfolioReach out to existing clients on a monthly/quarterly basis, for retention and potential upsell purposesProactively expand business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvementAssist with challenging client requests or issue delegations/escalations as neededCollaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillmentOperate independently on a day-to-day basisRequirementsBS degree in business administration or related fieldSuccessful previous 2-3 years of experience in client account or relationship managementHigh emotional intelligenceIndependent thinking and self-startingVery good communication skillsAbility to communicate at all company levels (from technical personnel to management)Formal presentation and negotiation skillsGreat organizational skillsStrong decision-making skillsFluency in English, Spanish (mandatory - both written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is plusSuperior analytical skillsWe offerCompetitive salaryCareer opportunitiesSupportive and caring LeadershipA modern office in the center of ValbonneA chance to work as part of a highly motivated and talented teamReferral programTeam building and Company EventsFree parking #J-18808-Ljbffr
